These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Body Evolution program, offered by SYNC Fitness and Wellness LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Michigan limited liability company. By purchasing or participating in Body Evolution, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.
Body Evolution is a 12-week identity-first health and wellness coaching program built on the Root First Method. It is offered in three formats: the Group Coaching Experience, 1:1 Coaching with Corey, and 1:1 Coaching with Eliot. Program content, coaching calls, and materials are provided for educational and coaching purposes.
Body Evolution is a coaching and educational program. It is not medical care, and Corey Repp and Eliot Berenguer are not acting as physicians, therapists, dietitians, or other licensed medical providers in this context, regardless of any other credentials they hold. Nothing provided through the program is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or wellness program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or concern.
Participation in Body Evolution may involve physical movement and exercise. You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risk of injury, and you voluntarily assume all such risk. You are solely responsible for knowing your own physical limitations and for stopping any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or that you have reason to believe may be unsafe for you.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe via our GoHighLevel-powered checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize this charge.
You may request a full refund within the first two (2) weeks (14 days) of your program start date. After that 14-day window closes, all purchases are final and non-refundable, and the Re-Join Guarantee below is the only remedy available if you need to step away from the program.
After the 14-day refund window has passed, if life circumstances cause you to fall behind, you may rejoin the next available cohort at no additional cost. The Re-Join Guarantee is a commitment to your continued participation, not a right to a cash refund, credit, or exchange, and does not extend or reopen the refund window above. Rejoining is subject to next-cohort availability and reasonable scheduling.
All program materials, curriculum, recordings, and content are the property of SYNC Fitness and Wellness LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any program materials without written permission.
Coaching is a collaborative relationship, not a guarantee of specific results. Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and consistency. We make no promise of any particular physical, health, or life outcome from participation in Body Evolution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYNC Fitness and Wellness LLC, Corey Repp, and Eliot Berenguer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in Body Evolution. Our total liability for any claim arising from the program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
We reserve the right to remove any client from the program for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or that violates these Terms, without refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
