As a teenager, he loved sports — until back injuries and herniated discs forced him to stop. Doctors told him to avoid training altogether, leaving him frustrated, discouraged, and drifting further away from movement. Over time, chronic pain, overweight, weight fluctuations, emotional instability, and undiagnosed ADHD created a sense of inner chaos.

Everything shifted around age 35 when he realized:
